How it works
1. The Conversation. I want to get to know you as a couple. I can't wait to hear your love story and what you've got planned for the wedding! On our call, I'll ask a whole range of questions to figure out exactly the kind of trip you're dreaming of, then build something completely around you.
2. The Design. I'll build your trip from scratch, from the moment you leave the airport until the second you touch back down at home. That includes hotels, tours, transportation, guides, restaurant reservations, and packing guides. Whatever you can think of that you might need for this trip, I'm your person.
3. The Refine. As much as I'd love to think the first draft is perfect and exactly what you want, you have the final say in everything. We'll go back and forth as many times as you need until it lives up to your dreams. This is true collaboration, start to finish!
4. The Details. Once you approve the trip, I will handle the bookings, timing, and travel requirements. Everything is handled clearly, with nothing left to guess.
5. The Send-Off. You'll receive your final itinerary about a month before you travel. This includes all confirmations, tour times, local partner emergency information, packing lists, local know-how, and everything you need before you go. We'll also schedule a call to walk through your documents together and ensure all of your questions are answered before you leave.
6. The Departure. You show up, relax, and ENJOY! I've handled the rest.
